Terengganu has fully recovered from the second wave of floods as the last four temporary relief centres (PPS) in three districts were officially closed at 1 pm today.

The number of flood victims in Sabah remained at 122 people, with all of them still at PPS in three districts this morning.

The National Security Council (NSC) has lifted the state-wide conditional movement control order (MCO) previously imposed on Terengganu and Malacca.

Beginning Nov 21, the order will be lifted for most parts of Kedah and Johor as well, said Defence Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

In Kedah, the conditional MCO has been extended for Kulim until Dec 6. In Johor, the order has been extended for another two weeks for Mersing and Kota Tinggi.

Starting tomorrow, the four states minus these three districts will be under a more relaxed recovery MCO.

Kelantan, meanwhile, will be placed under a two-week conditional MCO beginning tomorrow (Nov 21) until Dec 6 due to a recent spike in infections there.

The total number of flood victims in the state had gone up to 523 people from 159 families as of 8 pm.

Three more COVID-19 Low-Risk Quarantine and Treatment Centres (PKRC) will be opened in three districts in Kelantan to cope with the growing number of COVID-19 cases in the state.

Four localities in three districts in Sabah and one in Pahang will be placed under the Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) starting tomorrow until April 27.
